The Diamond Suites is a convenient choice, particularly for budget-conscious travelers due to its low pricing and proximity to Ayala Mall. The rooms are in need of a serious renovation as they are quite old and lacking in cleanliness; however, the location is excellent, near Ayala Center. The service was friendly and accommodating, with courteous staff. The dining experience left much to be desired, lacking variety and warmth. Despite some drawbacks, the overall value for money is reasonable.

For the price of £55 for two nights, this hotel had a special not so new feel to it but was clean and decent overall. The service, while accommodating, could improve in providing suggestions for travelers new to the area. The location was excellent, very central and just a short walk from nice malls. However, if you have dietary restrictions, the dining options might not be the most satisfying.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though located on one floor block, were easily accessible and surprisingly spacious compared to other similar-star hotels I've stayed in. While the room was comfortable, there was a slight issue with an overpowering odor from the bathroom drain, which was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff with some deodorizer. I did find it inconvenient that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.
