The rooms are in need of a serious renovation as they are quite old and lacking in cleanliness; however, the location is excellent, near Ayala Center. The service was friendly and accommodating, with courteous staff. The dining experience left much to be desired, lacking variety and warmth. Despite some drawbacks, the overall value for money is reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though located on one floor block, were easily accessible and surprisingly spacious compared to other similar-star hotels I've stayed in. I did find it inconvenient that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk.
